Entering reports is fast and easy and allows the officers to continue being vigilant on the property. These reports go out as a batch to the client daily so they can stay connected with what is happening on their property.

Clients will be able to easily identify critical information on reports with the auto-highlight function. When an officer puts in a designated code for the reports, the report will be highlighted, or the officer will have the option to highlight as well.

When they log into the beat, they will see all their assigned properties, how many times they must visit them during their shift and what the high-level requirements are for each site. They will also be able to see all properties plotted on a map and get directions to each site. This will hopefully eliminate distracted driving and officers being on their phones while driving to each location.

Site notes are accessible to any field or patrol officer who is assigned to the site. They give a overall view of what the requirements are from the clients. You can also see important property information such as lock box, alarm codes, service hours, and site maps. Officers also have access to see previous reports and search through the reports in case there are recurring incidents taking place. Lastly, they can see what the recent passdowns are as well at the bottom so everything regarding this property is in 1 easy to read location without having to navigate through the entire website to find each piece of information.
