How to Approve or Decline Leave Requests in CommandHub Solutions (CHS)?

  1. Log in to your CHS account. (Note: You must have Admin or Account Admin privileges to approve or decline leave requests.)
  2. Select the location. You can do this from the top-right corner.
  3. Access Leave Management. From the left menu, under HR Management, click on ‘Leave Management’.
  4. Manage leave requests. In the leave requests table, use the Actions column to approve or decline requests.

Important: Once a request is approved or declined, it cannot be changed. If an error occurs or adjustments are needed, a new request must be submitted.
