1. Standing Guard

  1. Shift management – Clocking in and out and viewing shifts/time sheets.
  2. Request time off
  3. Ability to log into only sites that are assigned to the officer.
  4. View site notes which contain job duties and important information on the property
  5. Receive timed push alerts for tasks that need to be completed (ie: lock ups, security checks)
  6. View passdown log for assigned sites
  7. Ability to add passdowns for assigned sites
  8. Utilize Form feature to input trespass advisals, parking citations and incident reports
  9. Create hourly reports into an officer log
  10. Add photos on all report entries
  11. Preview reports for quality assurance
  12. See calls that are assigned to only them

2. Patrol Officer

  1. All abilities of the standing guard access but also have access to see all properties in their assigned branch.
  2. Ability to see all calls pending and past
  3. Utilize vehicle inspection forms to note any vehicle damages or maintenance needs.

3. Dispatch

  1. See all site notes for all properties within assigned branch
  2. See all standing and patrol officers that are logged into the system
  3. See position on a map of all standing and patrol officers
  4. Ability to view officer reports and make edits
  5. Log officers in and out
  6. Write reports on behalf of officers
  7. Update and back date reports for any date and time
  8. Give standing officer access to new properties
  9. Create calls for service
  10. Assign officers to calls for service
  11. Access to officer logs as they are coming in and able to edit as needed
  12. Access to see scheduling for all properties and departments
  13. Create and view passdowns for all properties
  14. View forms created and make edits as needed.

4.Client

From the client portal your clients can easily navigate through reports in real time as they are being entered or they can download previous reports, see all the calls that have come in for their property as well as the related reports. They also have access to see statistical data specified for their property and what is going on.

  14. ability to pull hours for billing purposes
  15. run statistical reports per site based on calls for service or 10code use

6.Super Admin

  1. All same access as admin
