The founders of our company share a wealth of experience, having collectively run security companies for the past 20 years. They bring extensive expertise to the table. To further strengthen our team and build the law enforcement version, there are former police chiefs, police dispatchers, police officers, former mayors, former senators and some current public officials who do not only contribute to the development but also serve as the face of the entire company.

Lukas Zareba

Vice President

Lukas Zareba has 4 years of law enforcement experience and 24 years in the security and public safety field. He has founded, owned, operated, and sold several companies in diverse sectors including public safety, transportation, and construction.

David Nisleit

Advisory member

David Nisleit, former chief, oversaw the eighth-largest police department in the nation. With 36 years of law enforcement experience, he followed in his father’s footsteps and has extensive experience across the department’s patrol commands and investigations.

Alex Perez

Advisory member

Alex Perez, former police chief with the North Las Vegas Police Department, rose through the ranks of his department. He also serves as the security director for a large security agency and chairs multiple boards and committees.
